I love baked zuc sticks: cut into long 1 or 2inch strips, dip in a beaten egg then into italian flavored bread crumbs, sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese and bake at 350 for about 20 min. They are SO yummy!
Chicken cooked on the stove with summer squash is yummy. Just cut up chunks of chicken flavored with a little olive oil/parmesean cheese and/or your fav seasonings, cook till almost done, then add slices of the squash. Yum.
Or we LOVE zucchini bread. Tastes like carrot cake. But I don't really have a recipe for that, betty crocker does, or check Allrecipes.com JUST TAKE OUT THE SEEDS, WHATEVER YOU COOK!
